| Hi Paula, I got a copy of A Design of Gold at the Word Writers Fair. Since I already had bioh 'Picking Up The Pieces' and 'The Risky Way Home' I was interested to see how you brought it all together. You said to let you know what I thought when I read it so here goes... I loved it! I couldn't put it down, I was up to all hours finishing the book because I couldn't go to sleep until I knew what happened. The characters were so real and relatable. And true to what they were like in the other books too. I really enjoyed the story and the messages that you put in it. 'Picking Up The Pieces' is one of my favourite books of all time, so I thought before reading 'A Design of Gold' that it couldn't be better than that, but it nearly is! Really well written, entertaining and meaningful! What more can you ask for? |
